in-line UV coatings

In the past, UV coatings had to be applied via a separate pass through the printer. Now, with HDUV printing, BentleyRowland can apply the UV coatings in-line with just a single pass, saving time and money.  In addition, critical registration of the coating and the printing is achieved with these in-line capabilities.
UV Coatings include:

• Standard Coatings – Includes a variety of gloss and satin coatings as well as coatings that can be foil stamped, written on and glued.
• Pearlescent Coatings – Additives can be introduced into the coating to create a pearlescent effect with various shades and colors.
• Specialty Coatings – Includes textured coatings, heat sensitive coatings that change color when touched, scented coatings, and scratch-off coatings.
